This week, I thought I would write a bit about the way that I make a bit of extra spending cash around here. Over the course of the past year, I have so nerdily kept track (in an excel spreadsheet, no less) and discovered that I made approximately $600+ simply by participating in a few online research & survey sites. Some of them give you points for referrals, reading emails, answering trivia questions, filling out surveys, shopping online, testing products, or simply by completing free offers. My rewards have come in various forms, as well! In that $600 total, prizes have come in the form of cash (checks), restaurant & retail gift cards and, my newest addition, an Apple ipod shuffle!!! I won't bore you with the referral links here, but you will see that I have several of them set as widgets in my right-hand menu. Please comment with any questions you have and I'll be sure to do my best in answering them! I know it isn't a ton, but every little bit helps & it surely WORKS FOR ME!
My favorites:

Treasure Trooper
Big Crumbs

Congratulations!
That's quite a bit extra.

Have a great day!!!
Yay! Thanks for sharing these. I'm on some of those survey sites and not others. Have you tried Global Test Market? I've earned the most from them...you get $50 for every 1000 points you earn (which can take a while) BUT you get 5 points for every survey you try to qualify for. Works for me!
I'm glad to know this does work for someone! I've tried some survey sites, but found that often it takes me ten minutes to answer a survey, only to be told at the end that I didn't qualify to continue and earn anything. It's frustrating!
Thanks for sharing.

I've always wanted to try a few of these but I never know which are legit, etc.
By the way, have you heard of a book called "taking charge of your fertility"? I've heard that many women have become pregnant within a few months after reading this book, it is a very resourceful book about understanding your cycle and signs of your body. I read your "about me" section and as a bereaved mom, I know how tough it is to long to hold a child, and although our circumstances are different, I wanted to mention the book incase you haven't heard of it yet.
